Allen Ray Niccum, age 74, died Wednesday, December 8, 2010 in Clayton, New Mexico.
A memorial service was held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, December 14, 2010 at the First Baptist Church in Clayton with Rev. Billy Rammage, pastor officiating. Burial of cremains followed in the Texline Cemetery in Texline, Texas.
Allen Ray Niccum was born on November 26, 1936 in Lubbock, Texas to James Ervin Niccum and Esther Mae (Roberts) Niccum. Allen lived most of his life in Texline, Texas, Clovis, New Mexico and in Clayton, New Mexico. He worked as a truck driver for many years and then later he worked for car dealerships transporting and delivering cars. In addition to his parents, Allen was preceded in death by one son; Elmer Niccum, two brothers; R. L. Niccum and Cecil Niccum and two sisters; Ima Gene Turpin and Edna Smelley.

1 DAUGHTER: Cynthia Vandiver and her husband Michael of Sedan, New Mexico.
1 SON: Andy Niccum and his wife Renae of Herreid, South Dakota.
5 GRANDDAUGHTERS: April Warren, Crystal Bates, Julie Vandiver, Shasha Perry and her husband Steven and Andrea Carter.
5 GREAT-GRANDSONS: DeAndre Bates, Dakarai Wilson, Cameron Perry, Christan Perry and Blaine Perry.
MEMORIALS: In Lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorials be made to the First Baptist Church in Clayton, or to the charity of your choice.
