Ashton Kay Rye, age 16, died Saturday, March 23, 2013 in Santa Rosa, New Mexico.
Funeral Services were held at 3:00 P.M. on Saturday, March 30, 2013 at the Trinity Fellowship Church in Clayton, New Mexico with Terrell Jones, pastor officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Hass Funeral Directors in Clayton.
Ashton Kay Rye was born on January 16, 1997 in Hobbs, New Mexico to Billy Rye and Tiffany Tipton. They moved to Santa Rosa where she attended school before moving to Clayton in 2008.
SURVIVORS:
FATHER: Billy Rye and his wife Amber of Clayton, New Mexico.
MOTHER: Tiffany Galindo of Santa Rosa, New Mexico.
3 SISTERS: Debora Rogers of Nevada, Missouri, Megan Rye and Cerra Rye both of Clayton, New Mexico.
PATERNAL-GRANDMOTHER: Janice Rye of Santa Rosa, New Mexico.
PATERNAL-GREAT-GRANDMOTHER: Millie Elsworth of Nevada, Missouri.
MATERNAL-GRANDFATHER: Steve Simpson of Emporia, Kansas.
UNCLE: Randy Thomas and his wife Janet of Clayton, New Mexico.
In lieu of flowers: An account has been set up for the family at the First National Bank in Clayton.
