Cecil McClellan, age 96, died Tuesday, November 3, 2020 in Amarillo, Texas.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Central Time on Monday, November 9, 2020 at the First United Methodist Church in Texline, Texas with Rev. Jeff Bayley officiating. Burial will follow in the Texline Cemetery.

Cecil Earl McClellan was born on November 9, 1923 in Texline, Texas to John Lawrence McClellan and Lillian Inez (Walker) McClellan. Cecil served in the US Army during WWII. He married Letha Fern (Decker) McClellan on April 2, 1965 in Texline, Texas and she preceded him in death on November, 1998. Cecil worked for over 25 years as a grader operator for Dallam County. He was a member of the Texline First United Methodist Church and played piano for the church for many years.
