Celina Sintas, 74, of Spearman, Texas, passed away peacefully on October 3, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family.

The Rosary will be recited on Thursday, October 9, 2025, at 6:00 PM. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, October 10, 2025, at 10:00 AM, both at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Spearman, Texas.

She was born in Clayton, New Mexico. She married JB Sintas from Clayton, NM, moved to Spearman, Texas, and started their family.
Celina was preceded in death by her beloved husband, J.B Sintas.; her daughter, Jennifer; and her son-in-law, Lupe; her Father Eloy Garcia and Mother Maria Garcia. Though her journey was marked by loss, Celina's strength and patience carried her family through hardship and created a foundation of love that will endure for generations.

She is survived by her son, Joseph, her daughter, Angula, and son-in-law, Jesse. She was a proud grandmother to Anthony and his wife, Kelsey; Victoria and her husband, Griffin; and Zaniah and Zebediah. She was also blessed with great-grandchildren, Lilian and Fisher, with another on the way, who brought her endless joy. She had (5) brothers, Johnny, Alfonso, Steven, Daniel and Larry and (2) sisters Stella and Delina, (3) sister in laws Karen, Vera and Justina, (2) brother in laws Henry and Vince, several nieces and nephews.

A lifelong Catholic, Celina's faith was the guiding light of her life. She will be remembered for her unmatched patience, her gentle spirit, and her unwavering love for her family. Her legacy lives on in the lessons she taught, the sacrifices she made.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you honor Celina's memory by spending time with loved ones and cherishing the simple joys of life, just as she did.
