Consuela Salas, age 64, died Sunday, January 19, 2014 in Clayton, New Mexico.

Cremation has taken place and a memorial service was held at 2:00 PM on Friday, January 24th at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness in Clayton, New Mexico.

Consuela Mary Salas was born on September 21, 1949 in Denver, Colorado to Antonio E. Gallegos and Hope (Vigil) Gallegos. She married Eugenio M. Salas on February 22, 1975 and they moved to Clayton in July of 1975. They lived in Clayton until 1988 when they moved to Clovis where they lived until 2006 when they returned to Clayton. Consuela was baptized as a Jehovah's Witness on June 26, 2010 at a convention in Amarillo, Texas at the Civic Center. Consuela was preceded ind death by her parents and by a brother; Heiman Gallegos.

Consuela is survived by her husband; Eugenio M. Salas of Clayton, New Mexico.
