David Allen Marquez, age 72, died on Sunday, February 9, 2025, at The Ladera Center in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

The family will have a meal at noon on Saturday, March 8, 2025, at the First Baptist Church in Clayton and a Memorial Service will follow at 2:00 PM with Rev. Hilario Perez, officiating.

David Allen Marquez was born on June 4, 1952, in Clayton, New Mexico to Pete Marquez and Frances (Smythe) Marquez. David was a triplet, he attended school in Des Moines, New Mexico for 12 years. He was a longtime rancher of Des Moines, CRI Cattle Feeders in Boise City, Oklahoma and was a Bull Rider, Circuit Rider in Oklahoma City. David was a great father, he loved kids. A great husband, very loving and a friend to so many different people. A good,good dancer to country music. David was preceded in death by his dad Pete, his mom Frances, his uncle Frank, his sisters, Elsie, Cora, Mae, Fran and his other two triplets at birth.

His Children and siblings: Tracie Ann, David, Janet, Fran-Fran, Phillip, Dillon, David Lee Marquez. His 24 yearlong companion, Tessy Marquez, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. 1 brother, Pete Marquez of Albuquerque and 2 sisters, Bea Hall and Ruth Williams of Oklahoma City.
