Doyle Harris, age 69, died Wednesday, June 22, 2011 at his home in Clayton, New Mexico.

Graveside Servies were held at 10:30 A.M. on Saturday, June 25 at the Wanette Cemetery. Procession left from Hass Funeral Home in Clayton, New Mexico at 10:00 A.M.

Doyle Harris was born on February 12, 1942 in Seneca, New Mexico to Ted Harris and Juanita (Walker) Harris. He attended school in Seneca until the seventh grade when he transferred to Clayton. Doyle married Jean (Gadler) Harris in Clayton, New Mexico in 1963 and they later divorced. A lifelong resident of Union County, Doyle ranched in the Seneca area and throughout North Eastern New Mexico. Doyle was preceded in death by his father; Ted Harris on February 6, 1987, his mother; Juanita (Walker) Harris on February 19, 2006, by 1 brother; Dalton Dee Harris and by 1 sister; Juanel Harris McCoy.

SURVIVORS:

2 DAUGHTERS: Jill Harris McDonald and her husband Tim of Amarillo, Texas and Jessica Harris Musick and her husband Damon of Yukon, Oklahoma.

1 SON: Jeff Harris and his wife Sheila of Clayton, New Mexico.

Their Mother: Jean Harris of Yukon, Oklahoma.

7 GRANDCHILDREN: Hayden Harris, Denton Harris, Raegan Harris, Brette McDonald, Miles McDonald, Jackson Musick and Molly Musick.

1 SISTER: Sally Reeves and her husband Dean of Rio Rancho, New Mexico.

2 BROTHERS-IN-LAW: Donnie McCoy of Bayfield, Colorado and Mike Gadler of Albuquerque, New Mexico.

1 SISTER-IN-LAW: Marcia Miller of Clayton, New Mexico.

And numerous nieces and nephews.
