Elsie Regina "Gena" Puckett, age 46, died Sunday, May 12, 2013, in Clayton, New Mexico.
A Memorial was held at 4:00 PM on Friday, May 17, 2013 at the Clayton Housing Authority Community Room.
Elsie Regina "Gena" Puckett was born on March 4, 1967 in Ashland, Tennessee to Vernon Benjamin Puckett and Dorothy Geraldine (Binkley) Puckett. Gena worked as a nurse in Tennessee for several years before she moved to Clayton in 1999. She worked at the nursing home in Clayton and as a Home Health nurse through Union County General Hospital. She always enjoyed helping people. Gena was preceded in death by her father, Vernon Benjamin Puckett.
SURVIVORS:
DAUGHTER: Heather Sims and her husband Brian of Grants, New Mexico.
FIANCÉ: Larry Dominguez of Clayton, New Mexico.
GRANDCHILDREN: Montana Arguello and Aiden Arguello of Clayton, New Mexico.
SISTERS: Londa Dooley of Nashville, Tennessee and Julie Duncan and her husband Dave of Clarksville, Tennessee.
BROTHERS: Mike Cochran and his wife Brandy of Kingston Springs, Tennessee, Nailon Puckett and his wife Sharon of Clarskville, Tennessee, Jody Puckett of Mt. Juliet, Tennessee and Terry Puckett of Ashland, Tennessee.
