Jack Lewis Williams, age 90, died Monday, January 17. 2011 at his home in Clayton, New Mexico.

Funeral services were held at 1:00 P.M. on Friday, January 21, 2011 at the Church of Christ in Clayton, New Mexico. Burial followed in the Kenton Cemetery in Kenton, Oklahoma by Hass Funeral Directors of Clayton, New Mexico.

Jack Lewis Williams was born on January 20, 1920 in Valley, New Mexico to Ira Jack Williams and Nona Estella (Jones) Williams. He served in the United States Army Air Force during WWII. After he returned from the war, Lewis married Gladys (Wiggins) Williams on June 10, 1946 in Clayton, New Mexico. He enjoyed working with horses and cattle and worked for the Five States Livestock Auction for 25 years. Lewis was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Lewis was a member and Elder at the Church Of Christ in Clayton, New Mexico. In addition to his parents, Lewis was preceded in death by one son; Harold Lewis Williams, one brother; Ira Jack Williams, Jr. And three sisters; Maxine Tobey, Opal Kohler and Cleo Belle Collins

WIFE: Gladys Williams of Clayton, New Mexico.

5 DAUGHTERS: Connie McDaniel and her husband Bruce of Clayton, New Mexico, Judy West and her husband Bill of Canyon, Texas, Debra Garland and her husband Carl of Amarillo, Texas, Melba Ballew and her husband John of Santa Fe, New Mexico and Lisa Swanberg and her husband Bob of Albuquerque, New Mexico.

1 SON: Ronnie Williams and his wife Marlynda of Clayton, New Mexico.
