James E. Kidd, age 68, died on Thursday, December 21, 2017, in Clayton, New Mexico.

Cremation has taken place and no services are scheduled at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of Hass Funeral Directors of Clayton, New Mexico.

James E. Kidd was born on July 13, 1949 in Hearne, Texas to Claude Kiddand Birdie Reese (Barnett) Kidd. He worked most of his life as a traveling carnival worker and later worked for the railroad for about ten years before he retired due to disability. He moved to Clayton, New Mexico in 2010. In addition to his parents, James was preceded in death by 2 sisters; Dorothy Ondrasak and Denise Price.

2 DAUGHTERS: Shannon Kidd of Louisville, Kentucky and Kimberly Kidd of Grand Rapids, Michigan.

3 GRANDCHILDREN: Spencer Rose, Michael Kidd and Brittany Decker.

2 SISTERS: Deborah Vann and her husband Jimmy of Cameron, Texas and Joyce Crocker and her husband Don of College Station, Texas.

1 BROTHER-IN-LAW: Jon Price of Clayton, New Mexico.
