John Louis Vigil, age 56, died Saturday, June 18, 2016 in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Funeral Services were held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, June 23, 2016 at the First United Methodist Church in Clayton with P. Louis Montoya officiating. Burial followed in the Clayton Memorial Cemetery by Hass Funeral Directors of Clayton, New Mexico.
John Louis Vigil was born on January 1, 1960 in Clayton, New Mexico to Herman Rosendo Vigil and Barbara Esperanza (Trujillo) Vigil. A lifelong resident of Clayton, John worked various jobs in construction and concrete and was working as a maintenance person for Premium Standard Farms when he became disabled. John loved and adored all of his grand kids and he was loved and adored by all of them. John was preceded in death by his parents and by 3 brothers; Lawrence Vigil, Rosendo Vigil and Earnest Vigil, an uncle Steven Vigil and numerous more family members.

WIFE: Brenda Vigil of Clayton, New Mexico.
5 DAUGHTERS: Patty Vigil and Juanita Beltran both of Marble Falls, Texas and Leslie Trujillo, Rosette Trujillo and Krystal Vigil all of Clayton, New Mexico.
2 SONS: Jason Trujillo and John Leonard Vigil both of Clayton, New Mexico.
21 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren
5 BROTHERS: Sam Archuleta of Amarillo, Texas and Michael Vigil, Joe Vigil, Floyd Vigil and David Vigil all of Clayton, New Mexico.
2 SISTERS: Patsy Cruz and Gloria Vigil both of Clayton, New Mexico.
And numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
