Anthony Martinez, age 57, died on Tuesday, April 28, 2026 at his home in Clayton, New Mexico.

Johnny Anthony Martinez was born on May 27, 1968, in Santa Rosa, New Mexico to Juan Herminio Martinez and Mary Ava (Gonzales) Martinez. He grew up in Santa Rosa and later in Clayton, New Mexico. The family moved to Albuquerque and then later returned to Clayton. Anthony was preceded in death by his father Juan Herminio Martinez and by his son Daniel Marcos Montoya.
