Peggy Kauffman, age 66, Died on Saturday, July 20, 2024, at her home in Clayton, New Mexico.

Peggy Kauffman was born on March 16, 1958, in Tucumcari, New Mexico to Raymond Franklin Kauffman and Flora Lucille (Perry) Kauffman. She attended school in Tucumcari, New Mexico and later earned her bachelor's degree in social work at New Mexico Highlands University in Las Vegas, New Mexico. She worked in the oil and gas industry for several years and also operated a used car lot in Belen, New Mexico for several years as well as working as a social worker for the State of New Mexico. Peggy was preceded in death by her parents and by 2 brothers, Louis Nations and Perry Nations.
