Robert Paul "Bob" Heuchemer, age 67, died on Saturday, January 4, 2020 in Clayton, New Mexico.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, January 11, 2020 at the Clayton Gospel Church in Clayton, New Mexico with Pastor Mike Phipps officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Hass Funeral Directors of Clayton, New Mexico.

Robert Paul "Bob" Heuchemer was born on August 16, 1952 in Pueblo, Colorado to Earl Heuchemer and Shirley (Brown) Heuchemer. He attended school in Pueblo and graduated from South High School in 1971. Robert joined the US Air Force and served mostly as a Military Police and Security living in many places including Turkey, Germany and England before retiring after 20 years. He then operated his own security business for several years. Robert married Carol Anne (Dye) Huechemer on August 11, 1973 in Pueblo, Colorado. He enjoyed playing golf. Robert was preceded in death by his parents and by a sister-in-law, Judy Knight and by 2 brothers-in-law, Skip Knight, Bill Taylor and Jim Vigil.

WIFE: Carol Heuchemer of Clayton, New Mexico.

2 DAUGHTERS: Laura Heuchemer and Chrystal Jonas of Clayton, New Mexico.

2 GRANDCHILDREN: Dylon Jonas of Deming, New Mexico and Cheyanne Jonas of Clayton, New Mexico.

2 SISTERS: Diane Marks and her husband Peter of Georgetown, Texas and Sandra Obrin and her husband John of Pueblo, Colorado.

1 BROTHER: Dane Heuchemer and his wife Kelly of Mount Vernon, Ohio.

1 SISTER-IN-LAW: Kay Vigil of Pueblo, Colorado.

3 BROTHERS-IN-LAW: Don Dye and his wife Sharon of Pueblo, Colorado, Wayne Dye and his wife Linda of Sitka, Alaska and Larry Dye and his wife Judy of New Albany, Indiana.

And numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
