Vicki Verquer-Ebell, age 57, died Monday, April 25, 2011 in Amarillo, Texas.
Funeral Services were held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, April 28, 2011 at the Des Moines School Gym in Des Moines, New Mexico with Brad Doherty, officiating. Burial followed in the Folsom Catholic Cemetery in Folsom, New Mexico by Hass Funeral Directors of Clayton.
Vicki Verquer-Ebell was born on December 31, 1953 in Amarillo, Texas to George Verquer and Modene (Seay) Verquer. She graduated from Parkrose High School in Portland Oregon in 1972 and attended Mt. Hood Community College in Portland for two years before transferring to Eastern New Mexico University in Portales, New Mexico where she graduated in 1977. Vicki started teaching school in Mosquero, New Mexico, then taught in Las Vegas, Quemado, Raton and then at Des Moines. Vicki was a FCCLA, family career & community leaders of America advisor to multiple state officers. Vicki was preceded in death by her father and by her maternal and paternal grandparents.

2 DAUGHTERS: Victoria Ebell of Des Moines, New Mexico and Amanda Ebell of Amarillo, Texas.
MOTHER: Modene Verquer of Amarillo, Texas.
1 GRANDSON: Hayden Patno of Des Moines, New Mexico.
MEMORIALS: The family suggests that memorials be made to the American Cancer Society.
