Funeral Services were held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, February 1, 2012 in Hawaii, Services are under the direction of Borthwick Hawaii Funeral Home, Hilo, Hawaii.

Memorial Services were held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, February 7, 2012 at the Don R. Wood Auditorium in Clayton, New Mexico with Terrell Jones, officiating.

Wayan Padilla DeCosta was born on August 18, 1990 in Hilo, Hawaii to John DeCosta and Anita Padilla. He attended school in Hawaii and then moved to Clayton and attended school for a few years before returning to Hawaii. Wayan worked as a server at the 5 Palms restaurant in Lahaina, Hawaii.

MOTHER: Anita Padilla of Clayton, New Mexico.

FATHER: John "Abo'D" Decosta.

Wayan's Girlfriend: Kristen Simeone.

2 BROTHERS: Efe Decosta of Clayton, New Mexico and Orlando DeCosta of Hawaii.

3 SISTERS: Chioke Silva of Keaau, Hawaii, AnNur DeCosta of Broklyn, New York and Khedija Yamini of Hawaii.

Numerous Aunts and Uncles including; Barbara Austin of Texline, Texas, Sophie Arguello, JoJo Rael, Angela Chavez and Esther Padilla all of Clayton, New Mexico.

And numerous cousins.
