William Patrick Cook, age 38, passed away on Saturday, December 24, 2011 at his home in Cloudcroft.

Memorial Services were held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, January 7, 2012 at the Clayton Elks Lodge.

William Patrick Cook was born on December 2, 1973 in Clayton, New Mexico to William "Bill" Cook and Judy (Irish) Cook. Billy was a lineman in the state of New Mexico for 15 years and he loved his job. One of his favorite pastimes was hunting for Indian arrowheads. He was preceded in death by his brother Barry Swart; sister; Wendy Lou Poling, Mother; Judith Poling and Father-in-law; Jack Thomason.

Survivors:

WIFE: Mary Jo Cook of the family home.

3 DAUGHTERS: Katlyn, Sydnee and Madilyn Cook.

1 SON: Nicholas Thomason.

FATHER: Bill Cook and his wife Lacie of Clayton, New Mexico.

SISTER: Patricia Cook of San Angelo, Texas.

3 BROTHERS: Britt Swart, Chad Poling and Travis Poling.

STEP-FATHER: J. M. Poling, III of Clayton, New Mexico.

2 SISTERS-IN-LAW: Charman and her husband Alex and Melissa and her husband Brad.

MOTHER-IN-LAW: Christa Thomason.

Nieces: Britney, Chelsea and Samantha Taylor and Candace.

Nephews: Dylan, A.J. and Jack.
